Blackshark v2 pro dying quickly | Razer Insider

I got a BlackShark V2 Pro (2020 I believe)  in 2022 and it was working fine but after recently, it started not being able to hold enough charge to stay blue and is always blinking red. When it dies, I can turn it back on and it will keep working for a few more minutes and then it stops again. What should I do

I have dropped it before, like from my desk which is about a 30 inch drop.

I have tried updating it’s software and it says I already have the latest software

This has been going on for a couple of weeks

Instead, I’ve been using the 3.5mm cable and it works fine with my new microphone since I liked to be able to hear myself in calls with my friends but I don’t care for it anymore and want to go back to using regular 2.4ghz. Should I try to fix it or should I just get a newer model?

“When it dies, I can turn it back on and it will keep working for a few more minutes and then it stops again”  Tried using it again but now it only starts for like 30 seconds and then when I turned it back on it goes for a few seconds again.
