Blackshark V2 Pro firmare update stuck from 1.00.09 to 1.00.11

Hi, I'm writing because I am upgrading my new Blackshark V2 Pro firmware from v 1.00.09 to 1.00.11 and it's been at 100% for around half an hour now and doesn't look like it's going anywhere. The firmware software is not frozen, on task manager I can see it using CPU and RAM but nothing is happening. The last time I updated a headset firmware it took 10 minutes so I'm wondering what should I do? I don't want to brick the headset. Thank you!

    I unplugged the headset and rebooted the computer. Then opened the firmware update again, and after pairing the headset the application simply said "Update completed". o_O
