i have an a issue, when i scroll the volume wheel, i can still hear the pc sounds, but louder on the right ear and less on the left. and i noticed that they sometimes just randomly beeping. happened to anyone?

    Issues like these are rather tricky. Do you mind sharing a short clip detailing the issues? That'll help me get a better understanding of what's happening with the headset. I'd appreciate it if you can send the serial number to me as well. For now, try disabling all sound enhancements and adjust the balance of the playback device via Sound Control Panel>Headset Properties>Levels>Balance. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
