BLACKSHARK V2 PRO loses its connection for a few seconds and reconnects

Hello everyone,

i have a blackshark v2 pro(2023) and as the title suggests that sometimes it beeps and loses its connection in the middle of something like when i’m listening to music and reconnects after a few seconds. Does anyone know what it is about? (i use it with the usb thing, not with bluetooth)

Try to keep USB dongle as far as possible from any electrical outlets and other USB 3.0 devices that can interfere with the headset dongle.

Also wifi access points that are operating on 2.4GHz sometimes can interfere with headset signal - you can also try to change 2.4GHz channel on your access point.
