Blackshark V2 Pro microphone not recognized

Hi guys! I am having a problem with my headset, where the microphone doesn't work when I try to use the headphones by the 3.5mm cable, but when I use it by the USB Dongle, it works perfectly. I tried the following things: To make sure the problem isn't with the headset, I tested the cable connection with my phone, and it worked Reinstalled Razer Synapse Reinstalled Realtek R Audio driver Updated Windows and tried to update drivers

Be sure, that when on 3.5mm mini jack - you're connecting it to a 3.5 mm mini jack combo port (for both audio and microphone). If you have separate audio and mic connector, then you need a splitter cable.
