Blackshark V2 Pro not powering on or charging.

My Blackshark V2 Pro is no longer powering on or charging, the blue led is also not visible. After installing a firmware update a few days ago it worked for about a day and then the following day was dead again. Has anyone encountered this? I assume it may be an issue with the rechargeable battery.

    Do the LED indicator blinks green when charging the headset? If it isn't, it could be that the headset's battery is no longer capable of holding charge. Please send me the serial number of your headset along with a copy of its proof of purchase so I can check its warranty status. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
