Blackshark v2 pro not producing sound or taking input

Hello everyone! First time poster here and long time lover of razer products. I just got a new Blackshark v2 pro and have been trying to get it running on my system to no avail. I upgraded the firmware, uninstalled drivers, reinstalled drivers, uninstalled synapse, reinstalled synapse. All of this to no avail. I did try to plug it into my laptop via 3.5mm to see if I could get sound out of there and it did the same thing Has anyone had any issues like this or do I perhaps have a faulty headset? Thanks!

If there is no audio and mic input on both wired and wireless mode, then there is a good chance that you received a faulty headset. With that said, please send me the serial number and a short clip of you testing the device so we can try to troubleshoot. Let's go from there. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
