I just bought some black shark v2 pros and they will not get detected in razor synapse software. I’ve tried everything. Big bummer, I should have avoided razor products. And suggestions would be appreciated.

+1Did you’ve tried Synapse clean reinstall?
- Uninstall Synapse
- Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers
- Then restart your PC
- After reboot install Synapse again (as administrator).
Also install Synapse 4 if you didn’t used it yet: https://www.razer.com/synapse-4
I use kraken v3 pro and I can't use any function in the programme regardless of synapse 3 and 4, including microphone settings, I tried everything that could be tried for this, but nothing changed, I think you should return it and switch to a different brand
