I called support and was told there are no replacements for the usb dongle BlackShark V2 Pro Wireless Gaming Headset 2023 Edition.
this is infuriating tbh a high end 180$ mic is now worthless simply because the usb dongle is lost? I was told on the phone by razer the USB’s are “individually paired” which makes no sense to me. Can someone help or explain I’ve been a dedicated razer customer who loves your products for years. But this is extremely upsetting situation..thanks.
Not looking for any kind of refunds simply just want to buy a replacement dongle so the headset will work again. Using it on Bluetooth the voice audio is virtually worthless.
