Lost all sound in right ear shortly after crackling began around the 50% volume area on the volume knob. Cannot update firmware due to buggy firmware software provided by Razer. Have reinstalled drivers, device, and synapse. Checked balance and mono/stereo settings. Tried on different computer. Disabled all audio enhancement settings in both Windows and Synapse. Left ear works perfectly fine, right ear is just dead. Any additional recommendations?
