BlackShark v2 pro wireless mic not recognised by pc.

Hi, I've followed all the steps in the mic not working guide, the pc is still unable to recognise the microphone. i have just bought it and setting up for the first time. wondering if I did a certain step wrong but everywhere i have checked so far says its all good.(Firmware up to date, mic plugged in and checked on 2 pcs same issue occurring, tried with 3.5mm jack still not working and is paired correctly to the usb and Bluetooth.) Please help Thanks

This is highly likely a hardware problem. Please PM me the serial number and share a copy of your receipt so I can validate its warranty and start a case for an RMA. *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
