Blackshark v2 Pro Wireless Mic quality bad Discord both wireless and wired

i have the headset for a week and my friend keep telling me that the  mic quality is bad in both wireless and wired. I have tried multiple mic settings in the synapse but i cant see any good improvements. Also my friends are keep telling me that many times  they cant hear me clearly and   sometimes the mic breaks so they listen only half of it .
