Blackshark V2 Pro Wireless Volume Knob Issue


Hi, so I recently purchased a Blackshark V2 Pro headset around 3 days ago and i noticed that even if I turn the volume knob all the way down i can still hear it, but only on the left earcup. Does anyone else have this issue?

Update: Just went to the store I bought the headset from and the replacement has the same issue, you can still hear the volume when you turn the dial all the way down. Does anybody know if this is supposed to be normal? Cause I went live chat support and the agent said I should get a replacement, which I did. Any help or advice would be appreciated.

It also does the same thing wired, even on my phone.. So idk. Hopefully a firmware update will fix it.
