I've bought the Razer Blackshark v2 new recently, and have been experiencing a few problems with it.

One main One is that my friends have told me that the microphone sounds bad. I've played with some settings while getting their feedback and they said that even with these new settings, it went from bad to okay. I'm not sure what to do to fix the microphone.

The other big problem that I have is the wireless connection. Every now and then, the audio will cut out for a second and come back, leaving me wondering what I could have missed in that second whether it be game sound, a callout, etc. This problem goes away with a wired connection, though I'd prefer to be able to use wireless again, so I'd like to fix the problem.
