Have a read of the following thread /damaged-activation-code-kraken-x.78350/#post-768014 Unfortunately, lost, stolen, damaged, thrown out Activation codes do not get covered by the RAZER's limited warranty and will be subject to approval. If the code is somewhat still visible, try using a English US keyboard format. We have seen in the past other English keyboard format cause some activation issues. Otherwise, wait for one of the RAZER official stuff for further advice through this thread Prepare the followings~~~

• Name
• S/N
• P/N
• Proof of purchase (legal receipt)
• Email address &/or RAZER ID used for registering your RAZER product
• Photo of the damaged Activation Code

Ive messed up my code to register , can someone help me ? I have the messed scratch card , also the recipt from where i bought . Thank you

Do send me the serial number of your headset via PM, together with the email address connected to your Razer ID. I can use those to verify its model and check if you are eligible for code generation. Don't forget to include a photo of the scratched card. Save it via Google Drive, then paste the shareable link in your message. Let's go from there. I'll lock this thread now.
