i live in turkey

I use blackshark v2 with sound card but when I use synapse 3 I have problems with thx transitions, the program crashes. I delete and install it many times but it doesn't work. When I select stereo and then thx, it waits like that. After about 3 minutes, the transition comes and the sound changes. How to fix it?
