Blackshark V2 THX Not Working

Recently purchased a V2 and the THX feature is not working. There is no sound when I switch my playback device to THX Spatial Audio, even though the green bar on the windows sounds tab is fluctuating. There is only a bit of white noise when I max the volume dial on the headset. Also tried and returned a V2X because the 7.1 feature was also not working on my laptop. Nothing I have attempted has done anything to fix the problem. Steps I have taken: - Restarted my PC - Reinstalled Razer Synapse 3 - Disabling all other playback devices - Disabled WavesMaxx Audio - Restarted Realtek Audio Anything else I should do to get THX Spatial Audio to work? Edit: I would like to mention that Stereo (labeled as USB Sound Card) works perfectly fine.

Did you enable the THX from Synapse or through the sound card? PM me the serial number of your device so I can verify its model and advise you accordingly. I'd also appreciate it if you can send me a screenshot of your sound control panel for further review. Let's pick it up from there. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
