Blackshark V2 THX Spatial audio no surround sound
When I plugged in my Razer Blackshark V2 for the first time into my desktop windows 10 pc the THX was activated in Synapse 3 but i had no sourround sound, not even stereo sound, just the same volume from both sides.
After trying everything in the windows sound settings etc i still couldnt get it to work. So i followed a thread that suggested uninsalling razer synapse 3 using ccleaner and deinstalling all razer drivers. After restarting i plugged in the headset with the usb soundcard and the THX Spatial Audio was not shown in any list until the recent windows update.
Now i still have the problem that there is no surround sound.
I plugged it into my laptop before and the THX surround sound worked just fine without having to change anything in the options.
Does anybody have an Idea of what to do? Ive heard others having the same problems with THX surround sound.

Save it via Google Drive or to another online drive account then include it in your PM. Let's continue from there.

CANTmoveFASTenoughI had to reset my computer, but it's not with it, I now was able to try out thx ingame and the sound is shit, you have better sound and direction hearing with thx turned off (using it on stereo, which I also didn't have before resetting my pc)

I solved the problem by resetting my pc, just to find out that the thx spatial audio is bullshit. So I bought a different headset. I will not waste my time helping to fix something that I had to pay for and not get paid for.
