BlackShark v2 Wireless Mic doesn't work on PS4

I got a new BlackShark v2 Wireless but the Microphone does not work on PS4. The audio output works fin and the input is detected, but when I test the mic levels, the levels don'e move an I can't hear anything. This happens on both wired and wireless mode. the Mic works fine on PC. I have also check the mute feature on the mice itself.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
