hey, so I've just bought this brand new headset of yours and i cant get the microphone working, ive tried meny days now with no solution the only result ive gotten is that "this device type is not supported" by realtek hd audio, ive updated all my drivers, reinstalled them, gone through the settings, turned on and of the microphone to see if it eventually works. the sound works completely fine and i get surround sound working, but the headset is close to useless to me by the fact that i cant play with anyone without them having conversations with themselves. any help with this would be greatly appreciated :D <3

    Does it behave the same even when Synapse is disabled? Isolate the issue by following the steps on this page. If the problem persists, send me the serial number of your headset via PM. I can use that to verify its model and check for other possible solutions. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
