Hi, I just got my blackshark V2 X, but my device doesn’t detect the headset. Only using my cam as mic and I can only hear. Any possible solution?

I understand that your Razer BlackShark V2 X  isn't being detected properly. One robable cause for this to happen is that the headset may not be fully plugged into the audio jack or could be using the wrong port. To isolate the issue, please try the steps below:
 

  1. Ensure that the headset is properly plugged into the correct port. The headset has a 3.5mm connector, so make sure it’s fully inserted into the headphone jack of your device.
  2. Try the headset on another device to see if the issue persists.
  3. If possible, test the headset on a smartphone or another PC to determine if the issue is with the headset or the original device.
