I recently purchased a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset, and when I tried to activate the 7.1 surround sound technology, I tried to register the product to my account, but I got a message stating that the product had already been activated, even though I was the first to use it. I would like to make sure how to resolve this issue, as I purchased the headset new and was unable to benefit from the feature as expected. I appreciate your support and hope you can help me find a solution, either by canceling the previous activation or providing me with a new code

Thanks for provding additional details with regard to the issue with your 7.1 Surround Sound activation code. Have you tried requesting for a new activation code from this link? If you encounter any issues, just send me a PM with the serial number of your headset to verify it in our system and see what I can do to help.
