so I just bought a new razer BlackShark V2 X headset and when I tried to register it – it says that product is already registered. Because of it I can't get the 7.1 sound activation code. I have all proofs of buying headset and I have no idea what to do now. please help...

I’m here to help! Did you purchase the device brand new? Where did you buy it? Please PM me your headset’s serial number and proof of purchase so I can check if the store is listed as a Razer authorized reseller. Kindly save the file via Google Drive. Thanks!
