Having problem registering product also mic is very faint and very poor quality sound capture. have tried all connections and all possible sound setting adjustments. (removed photo for security purposes)

Did you purchase the device brand-new? Upon checking, the serial number has already been registered to a different account since the year 2021. Also the reseller is not yet listed as Razer’s authorized reseller. Products purchased from non-authorized dealers are often used, counterfeit, re-boxed, defective, or gray market goods.
