Blackshark V2 X already registered by another account.I can't get activation code

Hello,

I purchased a Razer BlackShark V2 X (RZ04-03240100-R3M1) headset from a seller, but I did not receive a 7.1 Surround Sound activation code in the box.

When I tried to register the product on my Razer account, I received the error “Product already registered.”

Could you please help me obtain the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code for this headset?
