If the headset's serial number is already linked to a different account, it would be best to contact the reseller to request a replacement and take advantage of your warranty. Please ensure that you purchase Razer products from authorized Razer resellers to guarantee you're receiving a genuine device. Products bought from unauthorized dealers may be used, counterfeit, re-boxed, defective, or gray market goods. Have a good one!
