I brought this headset two months ago and since have noticed a constant static noise. It’s not just a background noise but fully overpowering all the audio in the headset. It also outputs itself from my microphone, meaning everyone in game can hear the static, even if my microphone is toggled off. The only minor fix I’ve found is to unplug the headset from my controller and plug it back in; which only provides a temporary fix as it happens again within 20 minutes. Any tips on how to fix this? Ideally I want to return the product and get a replacement, but the support chat is not working and there’s no alternative (phone number, email etc.)
