When trying to register, a message pops up saying that the product is already registered, so I cannot get the 7.1 sound activation code.

Please, help!

Where did you purchase your headset? Please try to reached out to the reseller to request a replacement. Make sure to buy Razer products from authorized Razer resellers to be sure you’re getting a genuine device. Products bought from non-authorized dealers can be used, counterfeit, re-boxed, defective, or gray market goods.
