Hello Gamers! New member here, and I have the same problem as several others with the activation of the 7.1 surround sound of my newly purchased Razer BlackShark V2 X. I have properly registered the product in Razer ID, duly installed the Razer 7.1 surround sound but when I input the newly scratched license code, it says "License code is invalid". Please help me. Thanks!

Do you mind sending me a photo of the error message and the scratched card via PM? That way, I can see things from your perspective and assist you accordingly.
