so i got this headset today and its really nice but for some odd reason, the microphone doesnt work. im using a windows 11 pc and tried to find solutions to this but i cant. if you know anything tell me pls.

I’m here to help. Does your microphone work when plugged into a mobile device? Have you tried the troublehsoting steps from this article? Please PM me your device serial number and proof of purchase so I can check for warranty options. Have a good one!
