BlackShark V2 X - Microphone issues

Hi! I recently bought the BlackShark V2 X and I love the quality of sound, but the microphone has some issues. When I speak normally, all is fine, but when I even slightly raise my voice, it distorts and becomes very high-pitched. Also, all audio playing on my pc is seen as input, so the people I call with are getting their ears ruined by the deafening sound of whatever game is running. I searched a bit online, but couldn't find anything useful. Thanks in advance :)
