Blackshark V2 X Mute Mic Button Not Working

I just bought the blackshark V2 X headset, but when i try to mute my microphone using the button located on the left ear-piece nothing happens... my friends can still hear me talking on discord.

Can you still mute the headset outside Discord? For now, let's try to enable listening to your device by following the steps below. -Open the Sound window by clicking Start > Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Sound (instructions vary depending on your Control Panel view). -Click the Recording tab. -Click the headset you would like to test, and then click the Properties button. -Check the Listen to this device box. -Click Apply. Then try to mute and unmute the headset. If the issue persists, PM me the serial number of your device. I can use that to verify its model and look for other possible solutions. I'll be locking this thread now.
