BlackShark V2 X problem

I just got my new BlackShark V2 X and I been trying out how to connect it to my laptop, I used the cable that came in the mic it shows a pop up saying "what device did you plug in?" I selected Headset (with microphone), I tried selecting it in discord voice & video settings but I cant find the headset, I go to the settings and the headset isnt available there. I tried using the other cable that came with the headset package and can't connect it because I only have one audio jack. Do you guys have anything that can help me? Anything is appreciated !

    The Blackshark V2 X directly communicates with your sound card drivers, so you will want to select Realtek for audio and mic on Discord. Laptops typically have a combo port. The headset will work properly without the splitter cable. I will be locking the thread, but please don't hesitate to PM me should you need further assistance.
