blackshark v2 x Razer ID already registered

Hello Razer Support,

I own a pair of blackshark v2 x and my device has already been registered.However, i no longer have access to the activation code for the 7.1 Surround Sound software.

Could you please help me retrieve or reset the activation code linked to my device?

I can provide proof of purchase if needed.

There’s a high possibility that you have purchased a counterfeit headset. Let me double-check just to be sure. Please drop me a message via PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and check the registration.
