Blackshark V2 X Registration issue

Hello,

 

I purchased the Razer Blackshark V2 X today, and when I tried to register the product I got the message:

“This product is already registered”

The troubleshoot didn’t help:

“If the code has already been used, log into 7.1 Surround Sound with your Razer ID email address.”

as it asked me for activation code when I logged in to 7.1 surround sound

Thanks for letting us know about this. Where did you purchase your headset? Let me know via PM and include its serial number so I can validate it in our system and check its registration.
