Hello, I recently bought the Razer Blackshark v2 x headphones with a 3.5 mm multiplatform cable (I didn't buy the USB one). My question is if these headphones have software, I don't have much knowledge about this, but I did see a video that said that in order to configure any peripheral it has to have Bluetooth or USB, is this true? So, the 3.5 mm cable headphones don't have software? Yes, I downloaded the 7.1 sound, but I was looking for software where it can be customized even more. thank you very much.

Only USB headsets are.
