Hello. I have renewed my computer and I want to continue using the Blackshark v2x headset that I was using on my previous computer. With the Razer ID I activated the activation code, the THX Spatial Audio application asks me for an activation code again. When I enter my activation code, it gives an error that it has been used before. I couldn't find how to solve it. Can you help?
