Method I tried :
-Reinstall 7.1 surrounded sound but not working.


And I found a message from the debug.log:
[0417/130244.344:ERROR:registration_protocol_win.cc(56)] CreateFile: The system cannot find the file specified. (

Anyone one can help, please...

Can you describe where you are connecting the headset audio jack. Did you connect it to the front panel audio port? if yes, how about try to change by connecting it on the port at the back side.
