I received a reply to my previous post regarding the microphone on this headset not working with Windows 10 and the chat was locked by agent. (Razer.Caziel). I have not been able to try to respond until now. If I have understood the reply to my earlier post the headset mic does not work with PC’s and requires that you use the PC’s in-built mic when using the headset. If this is correct I think we have been mis-sold the headset which claims to work on PC, Mac and xBox and which we bought only a month ago on the premise that it did work fully on all the platforms. I see no clear clarification that only the headphones work on a PC and not the mic. The headphones and mic work okay on a Mac and an xBox so why should they not work on a PC?

    Nowhere in my previous reply did I ever mention that the mic does not work with PCs. But because you have an analog headset, you need to set the microphone driver that pops up after you plug in the headset as the default communications device. Issues like these can easily get sidetracked, which is why I asked you to send me a PM if you need further assistance. *Thread locked.
