Hey all, posting here after searching Reddit and the Internet.  I cannot get my PC to read my dongle for my BSV3Pro Headset (playstation).  Please assist.  I have registered the product to my account and, if official support requests, I can provide proof of S/N and purchase.

Please help!!

Hi Shadaux76,

To fix a PC that fails to read your Razer BlackShark V3 Pro wireless dongle, plug the dongle directly into a rear motherboard USB port, uninstall its driver via Windows, and restart your system. If the connection remains unrecognized, use the official Razer Pairing Utility to re-establish the hardware link. To give you a clear roadmap, PM me Razer BlackShark V3 Pro’s SN: (Follow steps here: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/548/~/how-to-find-the-serial%2C-product%2C-or-part-number-on-a-razer-device) and link of your receipt in a PDF format: (Save the shareable files via any online drive account listed here: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4011?_ga=2.197232171.544708261.1744067200-1885068520.1744067200&_gl=1*vo487o*_ga_3TRK53PM75*MTc0NDA2NzE5OS4xLjEuMTc0NDA2NzM0My4yNC4wLjA). Hey Zionzedd.  To clarify, this is the issue where the firmware updater will not see the dongle, even when plugged in.  I apologize for that lack of clarification.  The headset works fine Bluetooth or via the Dongle and my PC can clearly see the dongle as it chirps upon connection and when the headset is running in Highspeed mode, but the razer firmware software cannot “see” that the dongle is connected when I attempt to run it.
