I'm having the same issue, both my headset are running version 1.4 but only wired audio works. I don't have Bluetooth on my PC so I can't test that. Everything is as it should be and I've tried every step from damn near everything and can't get the audio to work. It's weird because it was working this morning but now it's just stopped.

I have no audio on my Blackshark v3 Pro, I’ve updated the firmware, repaired the dongle, cleanly reinstalled synapse and the drivers. Headset still will not work in 2.4hz dongle mode, bluetooths to my phone just fine. I’ve followed all steps in every video and forum I can find and still have no solution. Anyone got anything or have the same issue since the firmware update on September 1st?

Hello Kelaf,

I have now successfully upgraded my v3 headset to version 1.4.0. You are probably skipping a step. Please reread what I wrote above and follow the steps in this link. Your problem will be solved.

Nah mate, both my headset and dongle are version 1.4. I guess i did kinda fail to express that but on one morning the headsets working perfectly fine and then out of nowhere mid game i just lose all my audio. This headsets barely a month old which sucks and day 1 my audio had already been cutting in and out and sounding like there was interference. I feel as if i just bought a defective model honestly.

In that case, there is no issue regarding the update steps. You likely purchased a defective product. I suggest initiating a return or warranty claim, as the problem you are experiencing is not a widespread or recurring issue.
