Blackshark V3 Pro Game/Chat not working as intended

I’m having the same issue as in these threads:
 

 

If I have discord open and I’m in a call, it mutes the game channel. I cannot get it to work and unfortunately since the razer support people just lock the threads instead of answering the question I’m still stuck.

Game Channel is set as Default Audio Device, Chat channel is set as default communications device, and the game channel will work just fine until I jump into a discord call and it activates that other channel and it mutes the game channel. No audio at all. 

Razer support was of no help at all. I ended up trying all the USB ports on my motherboard and I eventually found one that works as intended. Very strange that would be the solution, but I recommend trying the wireless dongle in each and every port on your motherboard until you (hopefully) find one that works

It smacks of something being inappropriately hardcoded in the software, like a certain port ID. 

 

It's very frustrating that they can't or don't want to figure it out. Support preferred to treat me as rhe problem instead of looking at their own bug. That never bodes well with me.

Yeah Razer support is absolutely useless, and there’s no way of getting in touch with an actual developer as far as I can tell.

 

Myself and a few others have reported another issue with the V3 pro where the EQ is very poor quality every time the headset is turned on. The workaround is to cycle the EQs to your preferred one, but this needs to be done every single time. No word from Razer on that one either.
