Hello. I have already activated my blackshark on my account but i loose activation code to enable 7.1 sound. Can get new code for enable 7.1 after new OS isntallation?

Hey there,
If you have already registered your Razer BlackShark V3 headset and activated the 7.1 Surround Sound code on your account, you should simply log in to the 7.1 Surround Sound app using the same email address that was used to activate the code.
Once you have successfully logged in, the 7.1 Surround Sound feature should already be activated, and you will not need to enter the activation code again, even after reinstalling your operating system or moving to a different PC.
