Blackwidow Chroma Broken after a hard reset | Razer Insider

Hi,

Recently, I've been having some issues with some keys on my keyboard being largely unresponsive or very slow to type (the / key being the main culprit). After some looking online, I found that a hard reset via ESC + M5 could fix the problem. So, I unplugged the keyboard, held down the keys, and plugged it back in. This just completely screwed up the keyboard. 90% of the keys are the correct color, but I suspect that this is just because 90% of my keyboard is green by default. The rest of the keys seem to be off by one (F3 has the colors for F2, etc.). In addition, about 15 of the keys are randomly flashing in and out, and all of them do not work to type. When I do press a key, the entire keyboard goes dark except the key I pressed, and that single key lights up. After release, the key fades to black, the entire keyboard flashes about 4 times over 5 seconds, then it goes back to its original state.

Does anyone know how I can fix this? I've tried multiple things that I've read on old threads, including FN + WIN while the keyboard is on, and CTRL + CAPS + ESC while off and then plugged in. I have also tried ESC + M% again, to no avail. I also rebooted my computer, the issue still persists.
UPDATE: After uninstalling the driver and reinstalling and about 5 more hard resets, it magically popped up and started working again. I have no clue what exactly made it work. My / key is still pretty finnicky but I can live with that over having a useless keyboard.
