Blackwidow Chroma Memory Issues
I just got the Blackwidow Chroma and I cant get the on-board memory to work to get my profiles onto the keyboard. Please help

Hi there! Thanks for posting your concern here. When did the issue start? Have you tried using a dummy Razer Synapse account and see if the issue recurs? Also, does the issue happen when setting up your keyboard to a different USB port or to a different computer with Razer Synapse? If it does, please send me a PM together with your keyboard's serial number. Let's continue from there.
