blackwidow chroma only single button " z " not working

As the title said, the button shines but no matter what I do it will not make the letter Z . I didn't use keyboard for some time now, but it worked last time i did use it, button light shines normally, the sound is normal... idk what to do ?

Check Synapse settings if the Z button is not unbound. If not, check the keyboard on other PC without Synapse installed. If it's still not working - this may be faulty mechanical switch on Z key.
