Blackwidow Elite Chroma V1

I thought these would be standard costar stabilizers but the Chroma V1 uses some variation of a straight stabilizer bar with no hooks and insert tabs like nothing I've seen or could find. Are we s.o.l in replacing keycaps and stabilizers here? Can I just swap out both the bar and tabs to traditional costar and call it a day? Not to mention the 6U sizing on the spacebar...
