Blackwidow Chroma V2 Key Spam

Hey guys, I've searched the forums and can't seem to find a solution to my issue. For the last 3/4 years I've used this same keyboard and had no issues. (therefore the warranty is now finished) I recently purchased a new keyboard after having this for so long and decided to take this one to work and use it with the rest of my Razer gear. Upon plugging it in, updating Synapse etc, I found it now spams the 0 ) key and then stops for a while and then carries on. I thought this was a software issue so I uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers/Synapse still to no avail. I have even tried it on a different PC without Synapse being installed at all and still the same issue. I have removed all the keys, cleaned, used compressed air in a can on the switches/membrane, cleaned the key caps in soapy water etc... Still the exact same issue.. Any ideas at all? D:

      I appreciate that you’ve covered some of the suggested troubleshooting. Let’s try to rule out some more software troubleshooting. Please perform a hard reset to see if it fixes the issue on your keyboard. If nothing changes, send me a PM with the serial number to check for firmware updates that may correct this. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
