Blackwidow Chroma v2 not recognised by Synapse 3

So recently my 2 year old razer blackwidow chroma v2 keyboard stopped having the lighting effect that i had. I checked the app (synapse 3) and it was not recognised as a device. I reinstalled synapse 3, removed drivers but still nothing. The lighting works but it is not changeable from the spectrum that comes naturally with the keyboard. The other razer devices i own (Nari ultimate, Chroma base stand, Firefly Mousemat) all's RGB and effects work perfectly and are still recognised by synapse. What should i do?

How exactly does the keyboard appear on the Device Manager? Do you mind sending me the SN of your keyboard through PM so I can check for firmware updates?

Try to run repair from Control Panel>Programs and Features>Synapse>Uninstall>Repair. I need the serial number, and I'd appreciate it if you send it to me via PM.
