BlackWidow Chroma v2/Razer Synapse Keybinding issue

So I'm having an issue with my BlackWidow Chroma v2. I'm having as very particular issue that I can't seem to find the answer too anywhere else. My Numpad - key, is simply disabled when it's set to default function, or even when I try to rebind the key TO Num -. They key itself works just find if I rebind it to literally any other key. Super annoying as I use the numpad a lot for math and things and the - key is used quite frequently. I can rebind it to * right next to it, and it works just fine. But the moment I try to reset it to default or manually remap it to Num -, it refuses to work. Mind you, when I do key recording during to assign a new key for it, it recognizes me pressing Num - as well. So I'm at a complete loss. I had this issue for a while, stopped using razer synapse for months, then it randomly started working again. I launched synapse to mess with a macro, and it immediately stopped working again. I've reinstalled Synapse and tried a factory reset by unplugging holding Caps Lock and Esc, plugging back in and releasing. Also tried to create a new default profile though that doesn't work either. Anyone have any other ideas?
